On 6th May we ran a ringing session in a garden in Crynant. We had only eleven birds, however two were controls, that is birds first ringed elsewhere. A male Lesser Redpoll had been ringed in France and this was the first foreign control captured here.
The other was a male Siskin which had been ringed in the UK on 6th February this year.
We await with interest to receive the details from the BTO.
Thanks to Richard Dann, Sarah Davies and Jo Conway for participating.
