Keith Offord, a raptor specialist who has spent decades monitoring the fortunes of the hen harrier in upland Wales will talk to us about one of our rarest raptors and most enigmatic breeding species. Keith’s experience includes systematically surveying large areas of the Berwyn and Migneint Special Protection Areas in North Wales, and providing detailed information on nest locations and breeding success of harriers, and he is an acknowledged expert on the species.
